These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website at https://www.azylea.co (the “Site”) and any purchases you make through the Site. By using our Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.


1. Overview

  • Azylea is a homegrown Singaporean brand founded by two sisters with a passion for creativity and self-expression.
  • We may update these Terms from time to time. Your continued use of the Site indicates acceptance of any changes. Please review them periodically.

2. Eligibility

  • To shop on Azylea, you must be at least 18 years old or have the permission of a parent or guardian.
  • By using our Site, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and truthful.

3. Products and Orders

  • All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any item at any time.
  • We make every effort to display product images and colours accurately. However, colours may vary slightly depending on your device screen.
  • Azylea reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders for any reason, including suspected fraud or unauthorised activity.
  • Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified. Please check all details carefully before confirming your order.

4. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are stated in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and include prevailing GST (if applicable).
  • We reserve the right to change product prices and shipping fees at any time without notice.
  • Payment must be made at checkout via our accepted payment methods (e.g. PayNow, credit/debit card, or other online gateways).

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • Orders are processed within 2–5 working days from the date of purchase.
  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location and selected shipping method.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or unforeseen circumstances.
  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number. Please ensure all shipping details are accurate when placing your order.

6. Returns & Exchanges

  • We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order. All return shipping fees are to be borne by the customer.
  • A restocking fee of SGD $2 per item applies for all returns.
  • Refunds will be provided in the form of store credits only. We do not provide cash refunds.
  • Exchanges are only allowed if:
    • You received the wrong item, OR
    • The item is defective.
  • To request an exchange, email us at hello@azylea.co within 7 days of receiving your order. Include:
    • Your order number
    • Clear photos of the wrong or defective item
  • Returned items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging. Items will be inspected before approval of any exchange.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content on our Site—including logos, artwork, designs, copy, and photos—belongs to Azylea and is protected under intellectual property laws.
  • You may not copy, distribute, or use any content without written permission.

8. Liability Disclaimer

  • Azylea is not liable for any indirect or incidental damages resulting from the use of our Site or products.
  • While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee the Site will be error-free or uninterrupted.

9. Privacy

We are committed to protecting your personal data. All personal information provided is subject to our Privacy Policy, in line with Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).

These Terms and any transactions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
