Returns & Exchanges
We do our best to ensure every order is accurate and carefully packed before it leaves our hands. We want you to love your purchase, but if something’s not quite right, here’s how we can help:
Returns
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.
- A $2 restocking fee applies for each item returned.
- Return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer.
- All returns will be processed as store credits (we do not offer cash refunds).
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
To initiate a return, please email us at hello@azylea.co with your order number and reason for return.
Exchanges
Exchanges are only allowed under the following conditions:
Wrong item received
- Must be reported within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Please email us at hello@azylea.co with your order number and a photo of the item received.
- We’ll cover the return shipping and send you the correct item once we receive the incorrect one.
Defective item received
- Must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
- Please send clear photos of the defect to hello@azylea.co.
- The item must be returned and inspected before we proceed with the exchange.
- If the item is confirmed defective, we’ll cover the return shipping and send you a replacement at no extra cost.
Please note: We do not offer exchanges for change of mind, sizing issues, or if the wrong item was selected at checkout.
